| Welcome to our website with details of our villas for sale in Spain We are offering two rural villas for sale in Spain, both with large plots situated on the same hillside close to the traditional spanish white walled town of Alora, 45 minutes north of Malaga on the Costa del Sol region of Spain. This area is also known as Andalucia with beautiful mountain, coastal scenery and country properties. The yachting harbours of Marbella and Benalmadena are only an hours drive or so away and golf courses are in abundance. The Sierra Nevada ski resort can be reached in 2 hours by car and the duty free Rock of Gibralta is a similar distance. The properties are surrounded by hills and there are some spectacular lakes 30 minutes distant. |
We took the photo of Alora above from the top of one of these hills which look down on the properties. The photo immediately below is north and shows the new high speed railway from Madrid to Malaga which takes around 2 hours. Malaga airport has a new terminal opening in 2010 with direct flights to the USA and Carribean. Properties like these are now difficult to find because as development advances, one needs to travel further along dusty tracks into the hills. It is not unusual to have to travel 15km from the nearest tarmac road. These properties are just 3km from a restaurant, shops and excellent primary school but despite that retain their tranquil setting. We can further explain why this makes an excellent investment property abroad. |

Fly out in the morning from your local airport and we will meet you at Malaga airport for the 45 minute drive to the properties. After we have shown you all there is to see and answered all your questions, we will provide lunch on the terrace. After lunch we will | drive you through the streets of Alora and point out any recommended shops before returning you to the airport for the return flight to the UK (2 hours). Note that the viewing trip is entirely without obligation and we will put no pressure on you but simply show you around.
